offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after accessing the product.

All payments on WhatTime.dev are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, you can
contact Paddle's support directly at paddle.net or reach out to us with your order
details. Please include your order or transaction ID so we can locate your purchase
quickly.
3. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
4. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a
chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and
chargebacks can delay the resolution process significantly.
5. Paddle's role
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing and refund
administration. By making a purchase on WhatTime.dev, you are also subject to Paddle's
buyer terms. Paddle may require additional verification before processing a refund.
